Enquiry
Submit your event details including date, venue, location, expected visitor numbers and the type of robot system you are interested in. BEC will confirm availability and feasibility within one business day.

Quote + Logistics
BEC provides a full rental quotation including transport, installation, on-site support and decommissioning. Logistics are planned in detail including site access, power requirements and safety compliance for your venue.

On-Site Install
BEC's technical team arrives ahead of your event to install, assemble and commission the robot system. All safety checks are completed and the system is signed off before opening to the public.

Event Runs With BEC Support
A BEC technician is on-site throughout the event to operate and monitor the system, handle any technical issues immediately and ensure the experience runs smoothly for every visitor.

Decommission
At the close of the event, BEC's team safely decommissions and removes the system from the venue. The space is left clean and clear. Post-event reporting is available on request.

BEC recommends booking as early as possible, ideally 8 to 12 weeks ahead of your event, to allow sufficient time for logistics planning, site assessment and permit applications where required. For large-scale or international events, longer lead times are preferred. Availability is confirmed at enquiry stage.
Every BEC rental includes transport of the robot system to and from your venue, full on-site installation and commissioning, all safety checks and certification documentation, a dedicated BEC technician on-site for the duration of the event, and full decommissioning and removal at the end. Content customisation for display robots and ride branding can be arranged separately.
Yes. BEC has delivered robot rental systems to events across Europe and beyond. International events require additional logistics planning including customs documentation, local safety compliance assessment and extended lead times. Contact BEC with your event location and dates for an international feasibility assessment.
Yes. On-site BEC technical support is included in all rental engagements. A BEC technician is present throughout the event to operate the system, respond to any technical issues and ensure safe, continuous operation. BEC does not offer unmanned rental deployments.
Yes. Display content for robot LED systems can be fully customised with your brand's graphics, video, messaging and colour scheme. BEC provides content specifications and upload procedures. Content must be submitted in advance of the installation date. Live content updates during the event are also possible with appropriate content management setup.
