Requirements Analysis

We map your production process in detail: cycle times, part geometries, payload requirements, environmental constraints, and how the new equipment has to interface with what you already have.

Custom Engineering

Our team designs the complete solution. That includes robot and gripper selection, rail and safety system layout, vision and AI configuration, and the software architecture. Each concept is validated in 3D simulation before build.

Build, Test & Simulate

Hardware and software are built and fully tested at BEC's facility. The system goes through a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to confirm performance, cycle times and safety compliance before it leaves the workshop.

On-site Installation & Training

BEC handles installation, commissioning and integration on your site. Your team gets hands-on training for daily operation, programming changes and routine maintenance.

Linear Rail Payload Range

Medium and heavy-duty linear rail systems, with payload capacity configurable up to 300 kg and beyond. Ceiling-mount and floor-mount options are both available, and the rails are compatible with FANUC M-2000iA, KUKA Titan and other large-payload robots.

End Effector DOF

Custom multi-tool end effectors with up to 6 degrees of freedom. Each is designed around the specific part geometries, materials and process requirements of the application, eliminating tool-changes for multi-step processes.

AI Vision Resolution

2D and 3D camera systems with AI-supported image processing. The vision handles variable lighting, overlapping parts and bin-picking scenarios, and the robot's path adapts in real time based on what the camera sees.

KUKA: KR CYBERTECH, KR IONTEC, KR QUANTEC, KR TITAN, LBR iiwa, LBR iisy. FANUC: M-10iD, M-20iD and M-2000iA series. Custom integrations on request.

BEC is an official KUKA System Partner and a FANUC integrator. We work primarily with KUKA and FANUC robots across their industrial, cobot and mobile ranges. Custom integrations with other brands are available on request.

Yes. The majority of BEC projects involve integrating into existing production environments. Our workflow analysis is built specifically to find automation opportunities inside layouts you already have, without forcing major facility modifications.

A multi-tool end effector lets a single robot perform multiple operations (gripping, welding, dispensing, inspection) without stopping for a manual tool change. The result is shorter cycle times and higher throughput on multi-step processes.

A 2D or 3D camera captures the contents of a bin full of randomly placed parts. AI-based image processing identifies each part's position, orientation and pick point in real time. The robot then calculates a collision-free path and picks the part with no human intervention, even as the bin empties and the parts shift around.
